Frozen crumbed prawn
Use Headless tail on vannamei prawns and make butterflied shape. Breaded the prawns and then fast freeze them.
After half an hour, when the prawns become hard, put them in hot oil( temperature about 150℃) to fry about 3.5-4munites until the surface turns golden. Then you can enjoy with salad sauce or tomato sauce. The taste is very crispy and delicious.
